Nua (naked) is an album in which Judit Neddermann bares all. An album that explores the leap into adulthood by looking at and integrating childhood, without running away from it. Songs that celebrate the cycles life offers us, governed by welcomes and farewells. An album that, unlike her previous ones, looks outward, that takes us from the most intimate emotion to the broadest reflection on the world we live in, that condemns police impunity, that asks where the always innocent victims are, that sings to her people, that searches for the light. Pop, folk, and world music merge under the production of Pau Figueres to serve up eleven original songs and two covers, one traditional Iberian and one by Fito Páez.
