How to place your order

The Right Here SL website features articles from all music categories (Rock, Punk, Metal, Hard Rock, Jazz, Pop, Accessories, Electronic, etc.)

Placing an order is very simple. Simply add the product to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Once added, an icon with the units in the cart will appear in the upper right corner. From here, you can review, delete, or add units to previously added products. For any questions, simply click on the cart to view its contents again. You can process the order with the included products by clicking the "Place Order" button at the bottom.

When you process your order, all transactions are carried out over a secure connection that guarantees the confidentiality of all your data.

On the next screen, you'll need to select the country where you want to receive the order and the delivery method (Agency or Post Office). Once selected, you'll need to log in if you've done so previously.

If you're not already a member and wish to register, you can do so from this login screen or by using the link provided. You'll then receive a username and password that you'll use for future transactions on our website.

Fill out all the information we request to complete your order (especially those marked with *) and select your preferred payment method. If you wish to leave us any comments or add a comment to your order, please use the space provided.

From this initial registration, you'll be able to purchase products in the future, receive information about offers and promotions, and check the status of your orders. Your personal information will be recorded in your customer profile, so you won't need to fill it out again for subsequent purchases.

How to pay for an item

Once you select your payment method from the four available options and make the payment, the next page will confirm the successful processing of your order and show you the order number, as well as a summary of the products purchased and the conditions established for each.

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your details.

The purchase process has ended.

How to check the status of an order already placed

You can check the status of a current order or view previously placed orders in your personal area.

Once you've entered your identification details, detailed information will be displayed on your most recent orders placed on our website, including the purchase date, the status of any current orders, and their detailed composition.

If you purchase from a country other than Spain, you are the importer of the product, and customs policies vary from country to country. To avoid future problems, we advise you to contact the appropriate customs office to learn about import restrictions that apply to certain products.

Depending on the type of item and the chosen destination, there may be limitations or special shipping conditions.

Warranty

The warranty on the products we offer is established by current Spanish law for each type of product, for a period of two years from the date of delivery.

Defects caused by negligence, impacts, improper use or handling, materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use, or products susceptible to immediate copying are not included.

In those incidents that justify the use of the warranty, the option will be either replacement of the item, discount, or refund, under the legally established terms.

The guarantee will lose its value:

· If any of the data on this document or the proof of purchase are modified, altered, or replaced.

· If you do not have the invoice sent with the order.

· To claim the warranty, it is essential to present the warranty certificate along with proof of purchase.

Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order upon receiving it, you have fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal. The law of the place where the item covered by the contract was delivered or where the service is to be provided will determine which days are considered business days.

To return the product, it must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with any manuals, accessories, or promotional gifts included. Once the merchandise has been received at our warehouses and its condition has been verified, the product will be refunded.

In any case, the return of defective products and incorrect shipments will be accepted, with Right Here SL being responsible for the shipping costs provided that the customer communicates this circumstance within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

The following items cannot be returned, except those that are defective or incorrectly supplied:

Books, CDs, DVDs, videos and in general any product that can be reproduced or copied immediately.

In the case of defective items, they will be replaced with an identical item.
