Shipping Policy
To deliver your order in the most convenient way and tailored to your needs, we offer various shipping options.
Postal Package 48/72:
With Correos' 48/72- hour package service, you can receive your order at your home or workplace in the most convenient, economical, and completely secure way. Receipt is guaranteed upon signature by the recipient or an authorized person. If delivery is unavailable, the customer will be notified that they have 15 days to collect the shipment at the Correos office closest to their delivery address.
Remember that since this is a personalized delivery, the signature of the recipient or someone they authorize is required to collect it. You must also present your ID when picking up your order at the corresponding branch.
To the delivery time published on the website for each item, please add 48-72 hours for Correos to process the shipment to the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, 3-10 business days to the Canary Islands, and approximately 15 business days for delivery to Europe and the rest of the world.
Shipping by transport agency 24/48/72 hours:
For orders with 24/48/72 business hour delivery, we will use the courier company that offers the best service. The courier cannot deliver during scheduled times or on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. For international deliveries, these delivery times must be added to those provided by the agency depending on the geographic area requested. These times can be consulted on our website or through the help or consultation tools designed for this purpose.
Shipping and/or handling fees are not included in the price and will be shown to you before completing your purchase, depending on the shipping address for each order. Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, and areas outside the European Customs Union do not include import costs (tariffs), which must be paid in cash at the destination by the recipient of the goods.
Products are shipped to the shipping address you provided in your order. If you order multiple items with different availability, the shipping time will be based on the longest estimated delivery date. From your shopping cart, you can select the shipping type you prefer based on your area and preferred delivery method.

Free warehouse pickup:
If you prefer, you can pick up your order at our warehouse. We're located in Barcelona. If your address is nearby, you can select the "pick up at warehouse" option when completing your order. We'll receive and prepare your order, and send you all the information so you can pick it up when it's ready . We generally require a 24-hour business day to prepare your order (excluding weekends).
