LP - Gradus ad Delirium
Pablo Laguna's second solo album, a sonic journey defined as "A step toward delirium that throws sharp knives and sways in melodies. A bitter rain, a shot in the stomach." Composed and recorded during 2018 and 2019, this work represents a change in Pablo Laguna's sound, within his perpetual evolution, where we encounter sordid landscapes, as well as compositions closer to progressive rock seasoned with psychedelia. In "Gradus ad Delirium" electronics go hand in hand with beauty and total viscerality, filling this album with piercing guitars, basses, synthesizers, drums, keyboards, cellos, and other barbarism... This album features the collaboration of David G. Bonacho (viola in B1), Nacho Laguna (still guitar in A2 and electric guitar in B1), Sara Gordon (synthesizer in B3 and violin in B1), and Lucas Antón Terrón (violin in B1).
